Dr. Shouvik Sinha

Dr. Shouvik Sinha is a skilled and rational Orthopaedic Trauma and Primary Joint Replacement Surgeon in India. He specializes in primary joint replacement of Knee, Hip, Elbow, and Shoulder joints along with treating all types of fractures and dislocations of the human skeleton. Dr. Sinha qualified for his MBBS degree from the College of Medicine and JNM Hospital, under the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) in 2016 and went on to pursue his higher education in Orthopaedic Surgery & Traumatology from South India, Kerala. He completed his DNB Orthopaedic Surgery training from the prestigious level 1 trauma centre of south Kerala - KIMS HEALTH (Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences) Hospital. In his training period, he has been trained in the fields of Complex trauma, Polytrauma, Illizarov fixator, Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy, Spine Surgery, Hand Surgery, Reimplantation surgery, and Deformity Correction procedures. He returned to Kolkata and started working in Fortis Hospital, Anandapur, Kolkata as Senior Registrar since then under Dr. Debasis Chakravarty, Dr, Ronen Roy, Dr. Anindansu Basu & Dr. Gaurav Gupta. He undertook AO trauma courses and got certified to practice international standard trauma surgery. He has taken a robotic knee replacement training also.
